Technical specifications:

The basic container is dimensioned according to ISO 1496.1 (CSC), but at the customer's request, we can also adapt the production to atypical dimensions and the weight of the inserted technology.

The containers are equipped with 4 + 4 ISO container corner elements according to DIN 18800 for safe lifting and fastening during transport.

A fully loaded container can also be handled with a forklift, by using fork tunnels.

Double floor for easy connection of switchboards.

The unit can be inserted via a detachable front side of the container, detachable roof hatches or double-leaf doors.

Insulation of different levels of thickness covered by perforated sheet metal is usually used to reduce noise.

Technological covers for air supply and exhaust can be equipped with silencers and rain blinds.

Transformer room is secured against unauthorized entry.

The interior of the container is equipped with various options for attaching individual technology components (stands, C-rails, plates, etc.).

Coating system according to ISO12944 for various environments from C1 to C5M.

In case of extreme weight of the device, we can toughen the floor.

Additional floor elements can be added for added safety.

The container floor is designed as a collecting tub, for possible leakage of undesirable substances from the device.

The waterproof tub is equipped with a slatted floor, which in the event of a leakage of undesirable substances served to prevent direct contact with them.

Technical specifications:

The basic container is dimensioned according to ISO 1496.1 (CSC) but on request of the customer, we can adapt the production to atypical dimensions and weight.

Electrical installation.

Thermal insulation - reduction of heat transfer is achieved by lining the inner walls with sandwich ISO panels or cassettes with mineral wool.

Sound insulation - noise attenuation is ensured by the internal lining with perforated sheet metal cassettes filled with mineral wool covered with laminate, which together with trapezoidal sheet metal helps to reduce noise.

Air conditioning and heating.

These containers are mainly manufactured with a floor covered with PVC flooring, with an antistatic floorboard or according to the customer's requirements.

They are equipped with additional equipment, such as a desk, shelving systems, etc.

Fastening systems for securing equipment even during transport.

Safety glass (protection of personnel from outside influences).

Coating system according to ISO12944 for various environments from C1 to C5M.

The material can be loaded via a double-leaf door, via a removable front side, via removable roof covers and possibly also by tilting the cross member (IP-2)

6. Container assemblies

Tower - 8 to 10 containers on top of each other. They are used for storage and movement of conveyor belts, when drilling tunnels, most often for the metro. (Moscow, Tokyo, Los Angeles, London, etc.)

Assemblies for sorting bulk material - Two to three containers on top of each other, partially shifted: hopper, sorting grids and storage tanks. They are completed with galleries, railings and stairs.

It is used for endurance tests according to ISO 1496.1 for CSC certification of containers.

9. Production and assembly of steel structures and ship components

This chapter is really diverse, from constructions for Chinese amusement parks through frames for plastic bottle crushers, production and repair of various agricultural machines to the production of ship components.
